Detached house situated in a prime residential area in Andorra la Vella.
The program meets the needs of an upscale house in which there are large indoor volumes and stays, leisure and wellness area with pool, sauna, gym, etc …
The excavation was part rock and part on land, the building is supported on different layers and thus the foundations were designed to not suffer differential settlements.
The structure is made of reinforced concrete with spans up to 9 meters, which highlights individual components such as the core of step stairs in cantilever and folded roofs with large openings.
The building services project reflects a complete and varied range of needs to solve, according to the activity and uses of different areas, and represents a technical and design challenge.
