A project that includes almost all the challenges in the field of engineering applied to buildings : An excavation with a cut of over 18 meters high and 100 meters long that restrains the main Road Nº2, a huge reinforced concrete structure with many peculiarities (high variable actions, rest of supports bearing up to 6 levels over down-stand tranfer beams, shear walls, expansion joints avoiding double support), and all the requirements in the field of building services and fire engineering that a project with this size demands to.
