This high standing chalet is located in a fantastic site with stunning views. A cutting-edge design and the latest technology equipment make this project a reference in residential private buildings in Andorra.
The stability of the excavation required anchored diaphragm walls. Due to the existing soil (filled with sands and materials from old site excavations), the foundation was designed with micropiles to distribute the loads on more resistant and deeper layers. Self-compacting concrete was used in the construction of slabs. The heating/cooling and domestic hot water is supplied with heat pump systems that exchange energy with deep holes in the ground (geothermal energy).
